The technician arrived exactly at the time arranged and finished in just a couple of hours. Ray arrived just as he was finishing up to go over the care of the new tub finish, which looks really nice. I needed a 25 year old bathtub refinished. Ray reworked his schedule to handle it on the day I needed. He was on time, went right to work and finished in about 2 1/2 hours. The tub looks brand new. I would use him again.

Ray did a wonderful job refinishing the tubs and tiles in an older home that my husband and I just bought.
